Our maple syrup is all home made, collected over several acres with gravity fed pipes and boiled in wood fired steel pans to perfection.
Our chickens are all raised in plenty of space outdoors. Our meat birds graze outside in a large paddock with shelter, while our egg laying birds have a large outdoor run.
Our Rambouillet sheep are grazed in a rotational cycle, and sheared once per year.
July through August, as apple supplies last
